Be surprised if anyone could help without seeing, maybe someone will offer to receive a copy of a cutdown version of your SS that exhibits the problem. One needs to know how the cells are instructed with formulae etc. I have MS 2001 and you could send one to me off list, but I am no expert with any of the MS Office Suite and will give it away if I don't see the problem quickly - I dislike Office and how it works on the Mac. David Elmo PS. If I may say so, I was once a bit handy with Clarisworks 4 spreadsheets. My greatest achievement possibly being to make Conway's "Game of Life" play on it. This was before I learnt to program a bit in QuickBasic (for which I have to get the SE30 or IIci out to use these days. FutureBasic is the the thing for Powermacs). I know how all of you have been dying to learn this about me. -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
