Hi I have a Performa 6400/180 40mb ram 3 gig hdd 28.8 Global Village Comm Slot Modem MacOS 8.1 .. When i connect to the internet and go to a webpage like google the modem will just do nothing for about 2 minutes. Then finally it springs to life with 4kb/s speeds.. and i can browse anything on that site until i move to a link outside that certain site and it does it again.. I know its not my isp because my B&W G3 Dont do this.. Any Advice?
