brower this effects is all browsers. mostly IE5 and iCab. And a note on the
date. my computer battery is dead i just forgot to reset date. sorry.    i
can browse a site smoothly with fast speeds until i move onto another site
and the modem shows no activity for a couple of minutes and finally starts
loading the page no matter whats on the page.
