 You have the right link, reading the page you will see Ragtime Solo 
v5.64 which is the free version for Mac OS
9 or Mac OS X. It has all the features of the commercial package.
  When you install you are linked to their site and they email you 
an authorization code.
 the only info they ask for is a name and valid email address.
