Hi, I've recently posted a message concerning about usb connectivity between
mac and pc just to share internet connection. Now, I think I could use a
ADSL modem which allows to use USB and Ethernet ports simultaneusly. So, I
can use the ethernet port on the mac and the USB on the pc. Is is correct?
is that possible? If so, what modem do you reccommend? remember it has to be
pc and mac compatible.
If you get an ASDL modem with an ethernet connection, simply spend a few more bucks and get a cable/dsl router.
Those work well, and don't care if the connecting computer is a Mac, a PC or a Commodore 64...(a long time ago I saw plans for an ethernet controller for a C64...)
