[PCI] Jag on AIO G3/233

Does Jaguar run on a  AIO G3/233 natively?  I am trying to get it to 
work on mine with a eMac install DVD.  When the disk is mounted on the 
desktop and I click the installer, it tells me the file won't run 
because the App. that created it can't be found.  Is there a way to get 
this to work?  Or, do I need a universal install CD?
