Dear List: For some time now I have been kicking around the idea of breathing new life into my old Performa 6360. One such venture involves installing Linux onto this old Mac. This particular Performa has 128MB RAM, a Sonnet G3 400 upgrade card, a COMM Slot II Ethernet card, and its original 1.2GB hard drive (which I know would need to be upgraded).
Has anyone on this list tried to install Yellowdog onto a Performa 6360? If so, I would be most interested in hearing about your experiences and any words of wisdom you can offer to a real newbie. Also, can anyone direct me to a good source about installing Linux on an Old World Mac such as mine? Roland :) -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
