Tech Tool give that answer for a lot of minor reasons without it being any problem. I had contact with there helpdesk, and a non english OS will give this error, as well as if you changed the "default" desktop pattern with a third party application,
Nothin to really worry about, the tech tool application can also save files to disk, ment for sending back to the support so that they can fix and develop tech tool to avoid theese minor errors.
