Oops, mis-spoke (typed).  I meant the IDs were set
correctly. Since I was installing each drive
separately, both are set at 0.

And no, it's not spinning.  I'm not getting the
green power light and I didn't do anything to that
drive that I didn't with the other.  I did drop it a
couple (several) times. ???
