Someone suggested making it invisible via ResEdit. Good suggestion, sorry, forget who said this... This works pretty well. In case you need further instructions: You open ResEdit, under File, Get file/folder Info and tick invisible. And save. It disappears. It appears in ResEdit when you are searching under the same menu item and can be turned on again when you want to use it. But you should know that these invisible files do appear in utility lists other than ResEdit and can come up ... but unlikely. With zip disks you can password protect them easily (part of iomega zip tools). This is as secure as the password, I think, because they won't mount for any scrutiny without one... But they may not contain enough space for your purposes. You can do similar with a hard drive volume using Hard Disk Toolkit. You might partition one of your drives and make a volume for yourself for this purpose... BTW, what's in this folder? Exactly?
