You mean Control Panels/Internet I assume. Yes, I have and both IE and iCab take notice but Mozilla is blind to it it seems?
Seems like it.
I'm so used to doing a copy-paste of mail links from browsers (I don't trust the xtra stuff some people can add to mailto links), I hadn't noticed! But yea, Moz is blind to the Internet prefs. It has its own mime/file helper list too.
