Because you are saying "it's just a 9.2.2 upgrade", I'm not sure.
1. Does your CD contain a COMPLETE OS9 + upgrades->9.2.2 ?
2. Or does your CD contain ONLY the upgrades from 9.0 to 9.2.2 ?
If 1.: Yes!
If 2.: No!
