Same here. I can get the audio, but no video. In fact it looks like today's lick video is a 404 File Not Found, but that's a different issue. If the file was there, it looks like it would be a Windows Media File. You would need the Windows Media Player to view it. Micro$oft's got a working version for OS X, but I think you're out of luck with OS9. They have a version for OS9, but IIRC it was very buggy and never worked well. Especially with streaming video.
I've tried to contact the webmaster for help, but no reply. They seem to go
out of there way to make sure you know they are a Windows site.
I tried it with IE5, Mozilla and Safari on OSX and didn't have any luck. But that's because the video file is 404.
