You can install up to OS 10.1.5 on a 604e/200MHz processor. You should add more RAM, I don't recall the minimum RAM requirement. I used a 7300/200 with 512 MB RAM on an off for a year or so and enjoyed the experience. I had a dial-up connection at the time. It may not be as enjoyable if you are used to the speed of a broadband connection.
