I get that error message when my ethernet cablemodem decides to make a halt, and then I have to change klient id in the tcp/ip panel, and then it starts up again - sometimes without restart and sometimes with a needed restart, the broadband provider is of course clueless when asked, they gave us new cablemodems some months back and now it can actually go down in the middle of surfing, but there is nothing wrong with my mac, I have tried several machines, the fault is in the modem.
