Ps-I have a 7100/66 I don't really use. Anything off that I could use to get the 7500/8500's on board video to work? -------

There should be at least two DIMMs in the smaller VRAM slots for your video to work. They need to be installed in pairs, and IIRC in "staggered" slots (i.e., 1 and 3, 2 and 4); somebody correct me if I'm wrong on that...?
The 75/7600's used the same motherboard as 8500, that may be why ASP identifies yours as such.
The x100 Nubus Power Macs use entirely different mobo design, nothing of use to you there.
