With cable, the setup should be really easy. However, I am making the assumption that your cable modem with TW works the same as mine with Adelphia. The assumption is that the cable modem will do everything necessary to make its internet connection once you power it up. From there, with the Mac connected to the ethernet port on the modem all you need to do is go to your TCP/IP control panel, select connect via ethernet, then select connect using DHCP server, close the TCP/IP control panel and you should be connected.
