Ebay can be a good place to try.  I've gotten ATA-66 cards for 1/2 the
price.  Up here in Toronto, Mac-specific stuff are expensive so trolling for
parts in the US is usually what I do.  I bought my ATA-133 card directly
from an ACARD dealer in New Jersey.  I'm not sure who the discount dealers
are for Mac components in the US.  In Toronto, they seem to list their
products at basically the same price level.
