Used Serv-U to create an FTP Server on my Toshiba. Now I can access them both ways. All this for free, compared to paying good money for DAVE. If you need more information then just ask, but once the programs are downloaded it is pretty straight forward. Serv-U has a setup wizard to get you started, and NetPresenz has a Summary page which helps in knowing what could be wrong.
