I love GraphicConverter it is very worth the $30 shareware fee and there is a
version for OS 9 as well as OS X, with even an older version for 68k Macs. I
first bought it back in 1992, great software and upgraded regularly, with
only one upgrade that costs money in all this time.

For converting EPS under OS 9 use EPStoPICT <http://www.artage.com/> The
entire Art Age Software EPS Suite (includes epsConverter, EPStoPICT, EPS
Factory & EPS Mover) is available for purchase for $49....get it while they
still offer it.
