Currently there are three US SAILING Level 1 Instructor Courses scheduled
for the Southern California area. If you have not done so already I highly
recommend that you sign up early as spots do fill and this is a requirement
for employment at most yacht clubs. The three classes currently scheduled
are:

March 10-11 & 17-18 at Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club

May 25-28 at Del Rey Yacht Club

June 7-10 at Coronado Yacht Club

Online signup is available here:
https://secure.ussailing.org/forms/s_b_instructor.asp

There is also one Level 2 Class scheduled thus far and another is in the
works. Currently it is planned for May 5-6 at the Cabrillo Beach Yacht
Club. Level 2 certification is required for coaches at US SAILING
Championships effective January 2007.
