After a dist-upgrade of major porportions it looks like it works but there 
is still one issue left with building libfm on Debian Testing.
one have to do mkdir m4 before ./autogen.sh because it can not work 
without that because of gtk-doc. Very strange.

At least I can make both libfm and pcmanfm now. Will test this now and if 
nothing unusual pops up I will release it during the week.
