I think you're right and those special flags settings should be moved
somewhere for advanced users only. Unfortunately I cannot imagine design
for that "Advanced" right now. If you do then make it, please.

Probably the word "Enter" isn't right one for access to content of
directory and "Read" (which is exactly right one for files) should be
replaced for directories too, with "Show content" or something alike.

Enable read and deny execute is too rare case but oppisite (giving
access to files but denying to show which files are there) is used often
I believe.

I think some "advanced" configuration is good idea for those special
bits as I said above. Just have no idea where to put it. :)
