Since you haven't came with ideas, I did. I've hidden these options and
they can be enabled by very advanced user only. ;)

I've changed all texts so it's now more clear. For files it will say (for
example):
View content Anyone
Change content Only owner
Execute Nobody
and for directories (again, example):
View content Anyone
Change content Only owner
Access content Anyone
I hope it's now how it has to be.
It's all in branch 'chmod-fix' as it was before. Test it, please.
