Ctrl+F is already used for function "find". Ctrl+L might be better
(L is from "limit") but that is used to focus on path bar.

I'm afraid that filter "name containing string with ignore case" is
too poor and as for me I would never use such. The filter should be at
least shell-mask (with default to "*", i.e. no filter) and allow to turn
ignore case on or off.
Anyway this feature will come neither into pcmanfm 1.0.1 nor 1.0.2 so
there is plenty of time to develop details.
