The next release of PCRE2 will be 10.30, because there has been a major
refactoring of pcre2_match() to use more heap and less stack. There is
currently a Release Candidate available for testing, but it went out just a day
or two before you reported the FWRITE issue. However, the fix is sufficiently
trivial that it will be in the 10.30 release (or even -RC2 if it proves
necessary to have another Release Candidate). I expect to put out 10.30 towards
the end of August - got to leave a few weeks for testing.
