The next release of PCRE2 will be 10.30, because there has been a major refactoring of pcre2_match() to use more heap and less stack. There is currently a Release Candidate available for testing, but it went out just a day or two before you reported the FWRITE issue. However, the fix is sufficiently trivial that it will be in the 10.30 release (or even -RC2 if it proves necessary to have another Release Candidate).
