As you can see, my friend Reini Urban has also found this same FWRITE issue and has also patched some other issues in his own fork of PCRE2: https://github.com/rurban/pcre/commits/bugfixes I did not know about Reini's patches when I first created this FWRITE bug ticket. Reini is working on cperl and I am working on RPerl, which are complementary projects under the Perl11.org banner. It would be beneficial to us all if we can find a good way to incorporate Reini's PCRE2 patches into your main PCRE2 code base, how can we best achieve this?
