Kelly, thank you very much. How on earth did you know that I had
recently installed Vueprint on my computer? As per your suggestion, I
completely deleted Vueprint, and my problem was solved. Thanks again to
all who tried to help me. I still would like to know how you knew I had
Vueprint installed. Ann
