I know everything ;-) Seriously though, I'm involved quite a bit with Netscape
newsgroup tech support and the VuePrint issue is common. You can read more about it
at Sec. 3, No. 33 in the "PC Faqs" section (http://www.ufaq.org/pcfaqs_all.html) at
http://www.ufaq.org/. The "Ufaq" site also contains links to secure newsgroups hosted
by Netscape if you have a problem that is not covered in the "Ufaq".
