My client also can't print with e-mails with Outlook Express. I wish I had seen these posts before spending hours at her house today. Her computer just freezes up when you hit "print." She has downloaded the newest version of IE a couple of weeks ago, and I guess that's her problem. I was going to resintall Outlook Express. I will try repairing I.E. first. She has a Cannon S450 printer. She also had been having a spool 32 error and it would cause the computer to freeze. The unistaller can't even be launched for some reason. I tried deleting the driver and reinstalling it. That version is fine for printing from Works. I tried to highlight the bad S450 icon in the printers window, but it freezes up the machine just doing that after displaying the spool 32 error. So I can't even select it to uninstall it. Does anyone have any ideas or have any of you encountered this problem? She has a Hewlett Packard computer that is new. Thanks.
