According to Netscape themselves, the only way to fix this is to
uninstall and reinstall. I've done it so many time, its automatic. Use
the Add/remove in control panel to remove just Netscape leaving the mail
and stuff behind. Reinstall to the same location and all is in order.
Be sure to reboot between uninstalling and reinstalling. According to
other sources, Netscape 4.75 is currently the most stable. They do have
4.77 out, but the main thing there is updating AIM and Real player so it
may not be worth the time unless you have cable or DSL connection.
