Does anyone know what has happened to 3com's website? There
are no driver downloads to be found! All I can find on the
net is message boards complaining about this same thing and
people looking for just what I'm looking for (3CP3617 PCI DSL
modem, win98). All they have on this modem's page is
documentation, no drivers at all.

I am aware of this page here,
http://consumer.3com.com/dsl/3cp3617b/documents/installinstup
date.cfm
but, what good is this on a new HD that you don't have
drivers on in the first place in order to connect to the net?
I do NOT want to have to install old drivers first just to
connect to the net to get some 'auto update'. I of course
prefer the drivers to physically download onto a cd NOW, then
install on the new HD.
Thanks,
