By going to WWW.DRIVERZONE.COM I made my way to this page <A

Files</A> (http://consumer.3com.com/dsl/pci/updates/index.cfm) which has a
download for the modem you are refering to. It is 21.5 megs and supports
Windows 2000 & ME. Hope this is what you are needing...
