Definitely the RAM over the HDD. Memory prices have evened out somewhat as
of late with the onset of newer faster DDR memory on the market. Hard
drive prices are always falling with bigger and bigger drives coming out
continually, a local shop is advertising IBM 75 gig (7200 rpm 2048k cache)
drives at around 450.00 CDN and they'll be cheaper still by month's
end. The 10 gig drive will suit you fine and web design/graphics tool of
the current releases demand as much ram as you can afford.
