Good point Alan, I completely forgot that MS loaded a cd-key or two that 
belonged to the first heavily grey market copies into the SP1 
installer.  So when some owners of the grey market copies ran the installer 
there would be some negative results like failing applications or message 
asking them to visit MS's anti-piracy site.  HTH
