Hi everyone I'm coming out of general lurk mode to jump in here about Annie's message about the >>>>'s that come on forwarded messages and replies to messages. While it's probably a bit more time consuming than running a program like those Ed suggested, I copy and paste the whole email (ctrl a, ctrl c, ctrl v) into a new/blank Word document. I then do a find/replace, using the edit menu (find > replace blank). It removes them all.
