Hi- I'm trying to reinstall my scanner and having no luck. My printer (plugged into the scanner) works just fine but my scanner (into back of puter) doesn't. When I try to use it, I get a "check cable connection" message. I bought a new cable for both the printer and the scanner. I've tried all the installing/uninstalling/reinstalling and still no luck.
