Hi all, The company, Computers Plus, who are located in Paintsville, KY, called me to do a job for a music store located in my home city in VA. It was an easy job that involved replacing a hard drive. It took me all of one hour to drive to the store, replace the drive, check the system, and return to my shop. This was back in late February. I haven't been paid yet, despite following their convoluted closing procedure. In fact, they haven't bothered to return my phone calls or emails. Before I begin any kind of proceedings, I would like to know if any other techs out there have had any experience with this company. Since Computers Plus has refused to contact me to explain their behavior, they leave me very few options. Anyone have suggestions or other offerings?
