Hi Chuck,
I have had experience with dead-beat Companies/Corporations
like this in the past.
I would write (don't phone) a strong letter to them demanding
payment in full, also do a CC: to Federal Trade Commission.

Federal Trade Commission
600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20580

You may also file an online report with the FTC at this link:
https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

You might also wish to contact the Office of the Attorney General
of Kentucky at this link:

Good luck,
