Hi! I received email from someone.. she used little symbols.. like smiley face, flower and etc. I asked how she did that and she said that she used Rich Text format.. that she clicked on it and a crop box appeared with all the symbols.. I went into Format and clicked on Rich text.. and did not get a drop down with symbols.. I use O.E. 5.5.. Can someone please tell me how I can get this to work for my emails? Thanks so much..
