Thanks for writing with this link BUT after today, I think my friend's
system has some greater problems than initially thought, so not 100%
sure which way for trying to solve the issue. Looks like he will
probably have to call Dell tech support back for their input on this
matter, since seems beyond what I personally can solve for him.
