I left my computer for a half hour come back to find Norton telling me this
file (C:\Windows\FNOEC.EXE)was infected. I tried to fix it, then Norton
quarantined it. After quarantined, the defrag window was up, then the
computer locked up, I had to press reset. Now Norton is telling me the file
is not infected.
I tried to submit this to Norton anyway, but the server is busy.
I'm really not sure if I should move this file back. I guess I will see if I
can restore the original from the Windows CD, first.
Would anyone have an answer for me on this?
When I restarted, I did get error messages that it was looking for this
program.
