Elaine! You know SOMETIMES one has to take the bitter with the sweet. It
takes more energy to find ways around a problem than to just start over and
do it right in the first place.
The most important utility on Windows is the "Find" utility. Look for all
the necessary files for boot on any Win9x system and like msdos.sys and
io.sys. I have sent you a web page explaining how to create boot disks for
all kinds of systems.
