With Windows 95, about the only way to repair/replace files is by
reinstalling.  You can reinstall right over the existing and retain all
of your settings (unless you have changed the opening and closing logo
screens).  If you don't have the win95 CD, then check for a folder
C:\windows\options\cabs.  The setup.exe file should be here.  double
click on it or on the setup on the cd and follow instructions from
there.
