Keith, if his is like Bellsouth is here in LA, you don't need connection software. Just install the drivers for the modem, then create the connection in DUN and enter the number there (if the drivers did not do it) and the user & password. Make sure he has the correct filters on ALL devices that use the same phone line as the DSL modem. -Clint
