1) <sarcasm> Yes, teach *everyone* how to use their email client. </sarcasm> When sending emails out to more than one person, send it using the BCC line for everyone's email addresses. This hides the other 20 people you send the message to. Only problem is, the next person needs to do the same, otherwise, your email address is still visible to the 20th person down the line. 2) Close the account and open another 3) Set up a filter to remove emails based on keywords, like FREE, XXX, SEX, %, Weight Loss, etc.
Easiest? Number three. #1 would be nice, and two can go on forever.
