I have a similar problem in that my e-mail address is in a FAQ, on the web, in Usenet, in mailing lists, etc. I happen to solve most of my "junk mail" problems using procmail scripts. However, to use procmail you have to have a Unix shell account and also the ISP has to allow procmail. Getting harder and harder these days.
