Here's what MaximumPC magazine has to say in a

to CD R/RW). I have yet to burn a coaster on my
TDK 16/10/40, but I
believe the software you use is just as important
as the hardware. I've
tried the bundled "lite" version software that
comes with the burner,
the pro version etc., etc. and I prefer Nero.
