this is DEFINITELY true and the reason is that one of the best web design concepts that has come down the pike in a loooong time is something called CSS (cascading style sheets) which saves web designers a LOT of time and Netscape refuses to support it....so, you are right, in the design groups I belong to, many website designers now say "forget Netscape, just make the page work everywhere else". If you are finding that a lot of pages don't work for you, using Netscape, and you don't want to use IE, why not try Opera? It's a wonderful browser. The fastest one I have come across. I have found quite a number of pages that do just that same thing. If I go to the view, Source, the text will be there. At that time, I copy the address, startup IE (from my quick launch bar) and paste the address into IE. That will usually bring up the page.
