This is partially true Linda. Netscape 4x supports CSS quite sporadically while Netscape 6x supports more CSS than IE 5x/6 does. Opera, which was written by the creator of CSS also supports it differently. If you really want to delve into advanced web design then add some XML to CSS. If you want to move beyond Netscape 6 then go for Mozilla http://www.mozilla.org/releases/. Usually with Netscape 4x when the page says document done, you have to reload the page to have it display correctly.
